The Girl Who Could Fly, Victoria Forester

I really enjoyed the book. It starts out very slow but as I read farther into the book I liked it even more because all the characters became even more likable. Everyone had their unique personality and it was interesting to see how the personalities clashed (or worked together). It had lots of funny and surprising parts. If there is a moral to the book, then I would say it is : Be yourself and don't let anyone stop you.

Suicide Notes, by Michael Ford

I loved this book and it was as good as Divergent in it's own way. It was very funny, sad, and surprising. There was some inappropriate parts (sexually) and death wise. I loved it and I highly recommend it for ages 13-15 years old. I could not find a link or a website of his.

Deathnote, story by Tsugumi Ohba, art by Takeshi Obata

Death Note is an amazing book. It is a manga book (Japanese comics) which makes it even cooler. They are super fast paced with lots of great illustrations and tons of surprises. The books are violent but I disagree this is for sixteen and older. The books are really good but expensive for a one night read so if you want to start reading these for free, press on this link and begin.  http://www.mangareader.net/113-4017-1/death-note/chapter-1.htm A good link from the authors is http://deathnote.viz.com/
